How do I register?

The Register button can found at the top or bottom of every page. You can buy a number of different passes to CSE Live. Pre-registration is required for all events.

I only want to attend one day /one event. Is that possible?

Yes. Day passes and individual event passes are available.

What will I find at the Trade Show & Tasting Room and when will it be open?

The trade show is a live version of our magazine. You will find our popular columns come to life like Things We Love and Event Food.. you will find this to be an experiential event meaning most of the exhibits are interactive with BIG ideas to discover, products to try out and new experiences you can bring back to your event clients. The Tasting Room is where the very best purveyors of event food and drinks will be sampling. the show floor and Tasting Room are open March 27, from 11:00-5:30 p.m. Tickets are free to qualified planners by pre-registration, meaning you must show you plan events as part of your job. Suppliers pay $50. Planners who do not pre-register pay $25 at the door.

Are Show Floor Passes Included with Conference Passes?

Yes, any paid ticket to CSE Live will include a ticket to the Show Floor & Tasting Room.

Who Can Attend the Show Floor for Free?

Anyone involved in planning events can purchase a pass to attend . However, only pre-qualified planners may attend the Show Floor & Tasting Room at no cost. To qualify for a free pass to the March 27th show and keynotes, you need to be an independent or corporate event professional or be involved in planning events for your organization where you have to book venues or hire event resources. That’s super easy to assess but for those who need more clarity, see below.

WHO CAN ATTEND THE SHOW FLOOR & AFTERNOON KEYNOTES MARCH 27 FOR FREE? 

•Corporate Meeting Planners, Independent Planners, Fundraising Executives, Wedding PlannersSocial Event Planners, Tourism Professionals, Event Planners or Banquet Staff from Hotels or Venues (not sales agents), Event Planners from Catering Firms (not sales agents), Event Designers, Government Meeting Planners
• Brand Executives * Ad Agency Creative Teams, Association Executives, Brand Managers, Incentive Planners & DMC’s
• Secretaries, Human Resources Staff, and Admin Staff from Corporate or Non-Profits, Schools, Medical Centres and alike organizations., Anyone who is assigned to plan an event or meeting on behalf of their company, organization or client is invited to attend.

WHO CANNOT ATTEND FOR FREE:
If you are a supplier and you supply goods or services to planners, such as flowers, decor, AV, food, gifts, photos, websites, trophies, signs, competing media, communications… You are considered a SUPPLIER and the cost is $50.  If you need assistance in determining your status please call us or hit the chatbot below and check. Well usually answer right away.

STUDENTS:
May attend if you volunteering or are part of a PRE Registered tour group. We understand the value of this event for students and we offer many opportunities to get involved, so please register using one of our student options. Please do not register online with a creative but non-functioning business name. Your company must be working with clients to qualify.

Do you publish a list of attendees?

No, we do not at any time publish the registration list.

Are sessions worth CMP and CSEP Points?

Yes, some sessions are worth CMP and CSEP Points, See the session descriptions for details on which ones.

What Food & Beverage is Served at CSE Live?

MARCH 25: This will be a sponsored event hosted by a third party- details coming soon
MARCH 26: Education Pass: Coffee, snacks, and lunch are included in the education pass
MARCH 26: The Opening Night Party offers light appetizers and a cash bar. This event requires a ticket
MARCH 27: A private lunch is served for attendees of the Event Innovation Lab; All 2-day and March 27 pass holders will receive a cafe coupon to purchase lunch in the Bistro. Additional items will be available for purchase on site.
MARCH 27: At the Inspired Spaces event canapes will be served. This event requires a ticket.
MARCH 28: The Canadian Event Industry Awards Gala 2018 is a ticketed event and includes dinner with wine. Other beverages can be purchased.

Is Seating Reserved?

Seating is not assigned for any event. Its first come first seated in all meeting rooms and events.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel your conference pass in writing before February 25, 201,9 and you will receive a refund. Anything canceled after February 25th will be given full credit for 2020.  No other refunds are provided. You may transfer your ticket if you can find a replacement guest.

How can we become a sponsor?

What’s the Dress code at the events?

CSE Live is a business casual conference. The only event where cocktail attire is required is the CEIA Gala.

Evergreen Brickworks is an incredible space with many different and unique buildings as well as beautiful walks and pathways. We suggest good walking shoes that allow you to confidently and safely move between buildings in March weather. We will have a coat check for jackets and outwear.
