A graduate of Ryerson’s Hospitality and Tourism Management, Chad joined Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and spent ten years in Catering and Conference Services with some of Toronto’s greatest hospitality landmarks. With further experience as VP of Operations for two event venues and seven years as Director of Event Marketing with one of Canada’s premier management firms, Chad started ESP Inc. in 2011, a client-focused agency specializing in creating spectacular corporate events and charitable fundraisers In 2020, Chad founded Hugo Virtual Event Hub, a Made in Canada digital platform, bringing his in-person event expertise to the virtual and hybrid event worlds.
