After starting her career in Management Consulting, Allison has held successive leadership roles at Holt Renfrew, Mama Earth Organics and Sleep Country Canada. Today, Allison proudly serves as Chief Executive Officer of Chair-man Mills Corporation, Canada's premier national event and tent services provider. In addition to Chair-man Mills, the company proudly serves its customers, venues, caterers, and event planners under the brand names of Event Rental Group, Contemporary Furniture Rentals, Regal Tent Productions, Advanced Tent Rental, A&B Partytime, Loungeworks, Higgins and MacFarlands. Allison is a customer-focused leader with a track record creating and executing omnichannel strategies that deliver value for customers, employees and shareholders. What excites Allison most about the event industry and the brands under her oversight is the role she and her team play in building human connections, supporting communities, and creating lifelong memories for the client. Allison holds an MBA (Honours) from Columbia Business School, a B'Comm (Honours) from Queen's University and is a mum to three young kids.
