Sebastien discovered his passion for the event business in the late 80’s when he started a part-time job as an event coordinator. While completing his Political science degree, he rapidly became an experience planner and started to extend to corporate events. In 1996, Sebastien opened his first event producing company, Sénik Events was born a few years later and Champagne Events was added to the family in 2020. They are producing around 150 corporate events per year throughout North America and have two offices, Montreal and Quebec City. Sebastien leads a team of 17 event professionals. For many years, he has been speaking at various event conferences such as The Special Event, Canadian Special Events, etc. Winner of multiple international industry awards, he won the Event professional of the year title at the 2020 Canadian Event industry awards. He is the current 2023 ILEA Canada chair.
