All CSE Live 2025 attendees must be 19+ to enter Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto and participate in the event. Please ensure you have two pieces of valid government-issued ID for entry. Security checks will be in place, and access will be strictly enforced.

For your convenience, all CSE venues offer free parking, with the exception of Newage Experience Centre, which offers street parking as well as paid lot parking in and around the venue. Valet is also available at all CSE Live venues. 

We’re thrilled to offer volunteer opportunities at CSE Live, where hands-on experience and in-real-life (IRL) learning provide unmatched educational benefits for budding planners. While we don’t arrange class tours or field trips, professors interested in CSE Experience projects or student group rates can explore various involvement options for their students.

Great question. CSE Live is the name of the annual event. It stands for Canadian Special Events Live.
EventFest is the show/festival theme for 2025

CSE Live is a cross between a festival like Coachella and a trade show. Expect hundreds of event ideas interspersed with live music, entertainment pop-ups, hands-on learning labs, tech demos, unique product displays, lounges and meeting places, fantastic food, a Gift Bar, and so much more. Many exhibits are interactive and filled with BIG ideas to discover, products to try out and new experiences you can bring back to your event clients.

Be SURE to check your ticket; different passes are available, allowing access at certain times. 

If you are attending on the “free for qualified planners pass,” your admission starts at 11:00 AM on April 29. 

Catering is provided as part of the conference for Premium and Full Day Pass Holders. Please check your confirmation tickets for specific information about food at your events. For attendees of the EventFest only, there are several food and beverage outlets and restaurants located throughout the building, including those that offer options for those with dietary restrictions. 

A Water station will be available inside the EventFest Hall, providing free filtered sparkling and still water by TABLEAU. Please feel free to bring a water bottle. Cups are provided. 

You can bring anyone to the event if they are also involved in planning events. If you want to inquire whether someone qualifies to attend, smash the chat button at the bottom right of your screen and ask. 

We do not share the attendees list as this is a privacy issue. However, you can connect with show attendees through our show app if you are registered to attend.
