An Event Planner is anyone responsible for organizing events as part of their job function and who has purchasing decision-making power to hire event suppliers. These roles include but are not limited to independent planners, non-profit and charity planners, corporate staff, administrative or executive assistants, HR personnel, marketing and brand agency planners, experiential marketing professionals, and academic event organizers. If you are not sure if you qualify, please send a note on the chat button.
A Supplier is an individual or organization that provides products or services to support events. This includes vendors such as caterers, decorators, entertainment providers, and venue representatives. Suppliers are essential partners in the event planning process but do not qualify for the complimentary planner pass.
Those registering in the wrong category will be contacted and asked to re-register for the correct ticket, or the registration may be cancelled. CSE reserves the right to make final determinations on qualifying for a free event pass.
