Specialty Food Vendor – By Application Only
Eligibility:
- Applicants must operate as a small, independent pop-up or specialty cart/kiosk business.
- Full-service caterers or brick-and-mortar establishments are not eligible for this type of space.
- Sampling is required for the duration of the event to engage attendees.
We encourage caterers and full-service food establishments to purchase a classic booth to allow for a large enough space to showcase.
