David Procopio is a seasoned hospitality executive with a career-long commitment to operational excellence and service. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Food & Beverage at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC). During his tenure at MTCC, David was recognized for his ability to modernize large-scale operations and, most notably, for pioneering initiatives that improved cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring seamless execution for complex international events. Now, as the General Manager, Ontario Rentals for Element Event Solutions, David brings his strategic leadership to the forefront of the event rental industry. He is focused on leveraging his deep expertise in logistics and client experience to drive innovation and service delivery across the Ontario market. Born and raised in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, David’s professional path was shaped by the East Coast's storied culture of hospitality. He currently resides in Ontario with his wife, Sonia, and their Cockapoo, Tommy. Outside of the office, David and Sonia share a passion for dance and travel, including an upcoming journey to Bali, Thailand, and Singapore.
