As Director of Catering & Club Restaurants at MLSE, she leads a multi-million-dollar portfolio spanning catering, in-venue restaurants, and exclusive club spaces across Toronto’s top sports and entertainment venues. Blending strategic vision with hands-on execution, Keryn drives revenue growth, elevates guest experience, and delivers standout events at scale. Her background in both restaurant operations and high-volume catering allows her to seamlessly connect culinary innovation with business performance. Keryn began her career at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, where she developed her foundation in luxury food & beverage and catering, managing acclaimed outlets and executing high-profile events for an elite clientele. She is known for developing high-performing teams, championing a culture of excellence, and creating memorable experiences that extend beyond the moment. Outside of MLSE, Keryn is a proud mom to Colton James and brings the same passion and energy to her family life as she does to her work.
