Kristen is a dedicated hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in sales, event management, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Director, Ontario Rentals at Element Event Solutions, Kristen oversees the sales & business development function to drive performance and growth. Before joining Element Event Solutions, Kristen held multiple leadership roles at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, where she spearheaded revenue growth, built strategic partnerships, and implemented innovative sales strategies. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of Guelph, Kristen has built her career on innovative thinking and relationship-building. Kristen and her team support some of the largest venues, companies and brands in Canada, including Royal Ontario Museum, Art Gallery of Ontario, Food Dudes, Hockey Hall of Fame, Globe & Mail, Steam Whistle, Toronto Public Library, The Symes, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the Four Seasons, and more!
