Great question. CSE Live is the name of the annual event. It stands for Canadian Special Events Live.
EventFest is the show/festival theme for 2024

The Register button can be found at the top or bottom of every page. You can buy a number of different passes to CSE Live. Pre-registration is required for all events.  

Please note that several venues are being used for CSE Live. Only the conference and EventFest are at Evergreen. Social events are off-site. Check your ticket for other event venues.

From Downtown
It is easiest to access Bayview Avenue from River Street, which runs north from King Street and joins Bayview just north of Gerrard Street.

From the Don Valley Parkway
Take the exit for Bloor Street/Bayview Avenue and head north on Bayview for 300 metres until you come to Evergreen Brick Works.

From East York
The easiest way to approach Bayview Avenue from the east is via Pottery Road, which runs between Broadview Avenue (north of Bloor) and Bayview Avenue. Travel 700 metres south on Bayview until you come to Evergreen Brick Works on your right.

TRANSIT DIRECTIONS

• TTC service is available via the 28 Bayview South bus from Davisville subway station.
• It runs from 6 am–1 am, Monday to Saturday, and 8 am–6 pm on Sundays. For more information, please see the TTC website.
• This route is wheelchair accessible.

For your convenience, Evergreen has three parking lots on-site, managed by INDIGO Park. Paid parking is in effect 7 days a week:

Parking is not permitted on Bayview Avenue. Parking on Bayview is very unsafe and is signed “No Parking.” City staff are obligated to issue parking tickets in this area.

If you must come by car, please consider reducing the environmental impact by sharing your ride.

CSE Live is a cross between a festival like Coachella and a trade show. Expect hundreds of event ideas interspersed with live music, entertainment pop-ups, hands-on learning labs, tech demos, unique product displays, lounges and meeting places, fantastic food, a Gift Bar, and so much more. Many exhibits are interactive and filled with BIG ideas to discover, products to try out and new experiences you can bring back to your event clients.

Be SURE to check your ticket; different passes are available, allowing access at certain times. 

If you are attending on the “free for qualified planners pass,” your admission starts at midnight on Tuesday, May 7.

F&B is provided at various events throughout the conference. Please check your confirmation tickets for specific information about your events. 

Food and beverages are available for purchase on-site for those attending EventFest on May 7, from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Water stations will be available throughout the event, providing filtered sparkling and still water by TABLEAU, and the first 500 guests will receive a free branded water bottle.

We do not share the attendees list as this is a privacy issue. However, you can connect with show attendees through our show app if you are registered to attend. 

You can bring anyone to the event if they are also involved in planning events. If you want to inquire whether someone qualifies to attend, smash the chat button at the bottom right of your screen and ask. 

We’re thrilled to offer volunteer opportunities at CSE Live, where hands-on experience and in-real-life (IRL) learning provide unmatched educational benefits for budding planners. While we don’t arrange class tours or field trips, professors interested in CSE Experience projects or student group rates can explore various involvement options for their students.

Evergreen is committed to making Evergreen Brick Works an accessible destination for our diverse community, including people with disabilities. Seating is provided throughout the site at bistro tables, benches and picnic tables. In the Young Welcome Centre and the Centre for Green Cities building, accessibility features include an elevator, accessible single-stall washrooms, automated door openers, and Braille signage in the elevators and conference centre. The accessible washroom is located on the ground floor, with accessible stalls located in the washrooms of each of the five floors.

• While the site and park area are accessible for most people, there are some bumps, tracks and pebbles at this old brick factory.
• Service animals are allowed in the event but may be restricted to some areas for food safety. When it is not readily apparent that the animal is a service animal, staff or volunteers may ask for a document confirming the need for the service animal.
• Visitors and participants may use their own assistive devices. A support person accompanying a visitor with disabilities is allowed to stay with the visitor at all times and is provided with free admission to Evergreen events (a fee will apply if a meal option is chosen).
